Aggie Theatre
Aggie Theatre Information
Aggie Theatre puts live music right on South College Avenue, surrounded by the bars, restaurants, and late-night foot traffic that give Old Town Fort Collins its energy. On show nights, the Aggie fills with touring bands, Colorado acts, DJ sets, tribute bills, and heavier club gigs, all inside a downtown space where the artists feel close to the crowd.1,2 Artists such as John Mayer, The String Cheese Incident, and Tyler, the Creator have played the Aggie, adding to a rich local history that’s much bigger than its actual size.1

About Aggie Theatre
Aggie Theatre’s history goes back to 1906, long before its current role in Fort Collins nightlife. The Old Town building’s purpose has shifted with the city around it, serving first as a furniture store, then as a movie theater, before becoming a live music venue in 1996.1
That past gives the theatre a layered feel: part downtown landmark, part concert hall, part late-night gathering place for generations of local crowds. Today, Aggie Theatre keeps that history active with a spacious interior, state-of-the-art sound equipment, and two fully stocked bars.1
