For the smoothest experience, it’s best to familiarize yourself with the venue policies before visiting in person:

• Re-Entry & Smoking: Almost all shows and events have a “no re-entry” policy. All indoor shows are non-smoking, while smoking/vaping is allowed in outdoor, open-air spaces.²
• Payment Options: MegaCorp Pavilion updated its policy in 2026 and no longer accepts cash at the box office.³
• Prohibited Items: No outside food/drinks, blankets/chairs, weapons, lights/noisemakers, large electronics, recording equipment, non-service animals, or oversized bags.² Refer to the policy page for a complete list of prohibited items.
• Age Restrictions: Events are open to all ages unless otherwise specified. Guests of all ages require a ticket.²

MegaCorp is close to several other popular venues, both in Newport and in nearby Cincinnati:

• Paycor Stadium: Home of the Cincinnati Bengals, this large outdoor stadium hosts NFL games, major concerts, and large-scale events, drawing crowds from across the region.⁵
• Heritage Bank Center: This major indoor arena is located along the riverfront in Cincinnati, hosting touring shows, concerts, and sporting events throughout the year.⁶
• The Southgate House Revival: An intimate 600-seat live music venue, it’s a repurposed 19th-Century church, with a large sanctuary and several smaller performance spaces.⁷

MegaCorp Pavilion offers onsite parking and is accessible by public transit.

Public Transportation: Newport’s Transit Authority of Northern Kentucky (TANK) bus system has several routes that stop near MegaCorp Pavilion.⁴

Driving: MegaCorp Pavilion is located at 101 W 4th St, Newport, KY 41071, and offers an onsite parking garage accessible from W 3rd St and W 4th St:

Most events have food and beverages, including alcohol, available at concession stands. Concessions offer pizza slices, sodas, beer, seltzers, and canned cocktails. There are also several restaurants within minutes of the venue for pre- or post-show dining.

Newport on the Levee, a retail and entertainment complex less than half a mile away, features popular dining chains. Just across the Ohio River is The Banks, another retail development with several bars and restaurants.

MegaCorp Pavilion opened in 2021 as the PromoWest Pavilion at OVATION. It was the third indoor/outdoor venue of its kind in the US, following in the footsteps of its sister venues KEMBA Live! and Stage AE.¹

MegaCorp Logistics became the naming rights partner for the venue the year after the venue opened. The company has an office located next door to the pavilion.⁸

In addition to the open-air amphitheater, MegaCorp Pavilion features a multi-level complex of spaces, including a music hall and club. The venue hosts over 100 performances each year, as well as private events in its modular ballroom.
