Mission Ballroom Policies
Familiarize yourself with Mission Ballroom’s policies ahead of time to ensure a smooth, stress-free visit. From entry requirements to bag guidelines, a little prep goes a long way toward enjoying the show without any hiccups.
- Re-Entry & Smoking: No re-entry is allowed. Smoking is permitted at designated outdoor smoking areas.
- Payment Options: All concession purchases are cashless. Guests can use credit/debit cards or mobile pay options.
- Prohibited Items: No outside food or drinks, oversized signs, noise-making gadgets, or stadium seats containing metal. Audio or video recording devices, professional cameras, tripods, selfie sticks, and GoPros are forbidden.
- Age Restrictions: Most shows are for over 16s. Children aged 10 and under may attend escorted by a parent or guardian. Children aged between 11 and 16 may attend with a ticketed adult.

Mission Ballroom offers a convenient on-site parking lot at 4242 Wynkoop St., monitored by attendants starting two hours before doors open and until one hour after the show. Overflow parking is directed to an adjacent surface lot if the main lot fills up.
Public Transportation: Public transit riders will find RTD’s Bus Route 48 stops right outside at 43rd/Brighton, and lines 7 and 12 also serve the area. The A Line light rail at 38th & Blake is about a 15-minute walk from the venue.4

About Mission Ballroom
Mission Ballroom officially opened on August 7, 2019, with The Lumineers headlining its grand launch.2 Designed by Works Progress Architecture, this purpose-built 60,000-square-foot venue pioneered flexible staging. Able to scale from 2,200 up to 3,950 guests, every show feels packed and intimate thanks to movable platforms and bowl-shaped, tiered seating.8,9
The Mission was designed to be Denver’s most accommodating and welcoming concert environment for both fans and artists. The space features thoughtfully spaced bars, generous bathrooms, and excellent sightlines, plus a 900-pound programmable disco ball designed by Mike Lustig. It earned “Best Indoor Venue” in Denver awards, all rooted in intentional design and top-tier acoustics.9,10
