About Racket
Racket opened in New York’s Chelsea neighborhood in 2023. The Bowery Presents operates this venue and several others in New York, New Jersey, and surrounding states.
The mid-size venue was a welcome addition to Chelsea in light of the closing of the neighborhood’s beloved Highline Ballroom in 2019. Since its opening, it has hosted a steady calendar of concerts and private events.7
The renovation of the building before the venue opened included upgrading all the sound and lighting fixtures for a state-of-the-art concert-going experience. As a standing-room-only venue, Racket’s layout is also modular, allowing for a variety of private-event and concert arrangements.1
