• The lead booker is required to show photo ID in order to validate the e-tickets for entry.
• There is a no re-entry policy, last entry is at 19:00 on Saturday, 18:00 on Sunday
• If you have a timed entry ticket please arrive before the time stated on your ticket, as late entry surcharges apply
• All tickets will be scanned at the entrance and anyone found producing duplicate tickets will be refused entry.
• All customers will be searched.
• Bags larger than A4 are not permitted. You may wish to avoid bringing any large bag as this will speed up entry.

• Animals, with the exception of assistance dogs, are not permitted
