Knowing the house rules ahead of time helps make your visit easier. Franklin Music Hall keeps things pretty straightforward, but there are a few policies you’ll want to know before heading out.

• Re-Entry & Smoking: Once you're inside, no re-entry is permitted. Smoking and vaping aren’t allowed indoors under Pennsylvania law. However, there is a small gated smoking area out front that opens during the first intermission.
• Payment: Franklin Music Hall accepts all major credit cards and cash, and there are ATMs on-site. Please note that the coat check is cash only.
• Prohibited Items: Outside food and drinks, weapons, professional cameras, and large signs are not allowed past the door.
• Age Limits: Many shows are all ages, but some may be 18+ or 21+.
