• Prohibited Items: Weapons, outside food or drink, professional photography equipment, and illegal substances are not allowed.
• Re-Entry & Smoking: Re-entry is typically not permitted once you've entered. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
• Payment Options: Guests can use cash, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express at Roadrunner.
• Age Restrictions: Most shows are all ages unless otherwise specified. Children under a certain age may need to be accompanied by an adult.
• Outside Food and Drink: No outside food or beverages are allowed inside the venue.

• The Wilbur: Best known for stand-up comedy, live podcasts, and intimate music performances in a historic theater setting.
• The Sinclair: A live‑music venue featuring a state‑of‑the‑art concert stage with a wrap‑around balcony.
• Royale: This historic opera house was built in 1918 and now serves as a live-music and nightclub venue in Boston’s Theatre District.
• The Stage at Suffolk Downs: Built in the infield of Boston’s historic Suffolk Downs racetrack in East Boston, this is a seasonal outdoor concert venue.

Roadrunner is located in Boston's lively Allston-Brighton district, close to Harvard Avenue and accessible from multiple parts of the city.

Public Transportation: You can take the Framingham/Worcester commuter rail to Boston Landing, or hop on MBTA bus routes 57, 86, or 64. The B branch of the Green Line (Allston St and Harvard Ave stops) is about a 15-minute walk from the area. Rideshare drop-off and pick-up locations can be found at the front doors.

Roadrunner offers a curated selection of concessions and bar options to enhance your event experience. Guests can enjoy a rotating menu of local favorites, from classic concert snacks to gourmet bites. The venue also features several full-service bars throughout the space, serving beer, wine, and a variety of cocktails. Signature drinks and local brews often make appearances on the menu, giving visitors a true taste of Boston. Outside food and beverages are not allowed.

Roadrunner opened in 2022 to fill a long-standing gap in Boston’s live music landscape, offering a large, general admission space that the city had been missing. Named in tribute to Jonathan Richman’s iconic 1976 song Roadrunner, the venue was designed by The Bowery Presents and quickly gained a reputation for its top-tier sound system, sleek interior design, and versatile performance space. With a capacity of over 3,500, Roadrunner stands as New England’s largest indoor general admission venue, bridging the gap between intimate club settings and arena-scale shows.¹
