Plan ahead with these policies for a seamless concert experience.

• Re-Entry & Smoking: Almost all events have a “no re-entry” policy. Smoking is not permitted in indoor shows.
• Payment Options: All purchases must be made via cashless transactions. Guests can use major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
• Prohibited Items: No outside food or drinks, weapons, illegal drugs, laser pointers and flashlights, glow sticks, noise-making devices, professional cameras, drones, selfie sticks, or oversized signs are allowed.
• Age Restrictions: Most events are all ages. Any exceptions will be noted on the event page.

The Arena District pulses with energy, with vibrant restaurants, bars, and cultural hotspots surrounding Nationwide Arena and Huntington Park. Its lively streets and historic charm make it a cultural hub for music and sports fans.

• Newport Music Hall: Known as America’s longest continually running rock club, this 1,400-capacity venue hosts rock, indie, and hip-hop acts near Ohio State University.⁷
• A&R Music Bar: This intimate 400-capacity spot in the Arena District showcases emerging rock, pop, and indie artists as well as the poster art and photography of some of the country’s most popular artists.^8,9
• The Basement: Located directly beneath A&R Music Bar and next to KEMBA! Live, The Basement plays host to national and local up-and-coming bands. It’s featured artists such as the Hot Hot Heat, The Stills, Howie Day, and more, and has a capacity of 300.¹⁰
• The Bluestone: This elegant and historic building was erected in 1898 by the First Baptist congregation. Now the Bluestone, the church retains its massive stained glass windows and the vintage charm of a century-old church with three levels and five distinct spaces. Renovations to the church were completed in 2006, when the Bluestone opened its doors as the Bar of Modern Art, or BoMA. As a nightclub and restaurant, BoMA hosted high-end events and concerts, too. In 2010, BoMA became The Bluestone, a concert and event venue in Downtown Columbus exclusively available for special events.

KEMBA Live! is across the street from the McConnell Garage. You can also purchase parking in advance through the Arena District and Park Columbus.³

Public Transportation: COTA buses, specifically line 8, serve the Arena District. You can also take a taxi or use ride-sharing apps.

Driving: KEMBA Live! is located at 405 Neil Ave, Columbus, OH 43215. You can drive to KEMBA Live! and park at one of several nearby parking garages and lots.

Mikey's Late Night Slice is the official food provider for KEMBA Live!⁵ The Arena District is also home to numerous bars and restaurants.

Launched in 2001 as PromoWest Pavillion by PromoWest Productions, KEMBA Live! revolutionized concerts with its innovative indoor-outdoor design, earning a 2001 Pollstar nomination for Best New Major Concert Venue.¹¹ It has a capacity of 2,200 indoors and 5,200 in its outdoor amphitheater, blending accessibility with high-energy performances. Its cultural significance has made it a cornerstone of the city’s Arena District.¹

The venue regularly draws big-name touring acts, buzzy up-and-coming performers, and beloved local acts. Its central location in the Arena District puts you steps away from Columbus’ best bars, restaurants, and hotels, making it a perfect anchor for a night out.
