The Novo Policies

- Re-Entry & Smoking: No re-entry is permitted, and smoking of any type is not allowed.
- Payment Options: The Novo is an entirely cashless experience, but all types of digital payments and credit cards are accepted.

About The Novo
Designed by the renowned architecture firm Gensler, the venue occupies the upper floors of a five-story mixed-use building, featuring a 40' x 30' stage, state-of-the-art acoustics, and a VIP lounge with views of the performance space. Its 2016 rebranding reflected its shift towards the rap scene.4,5
