You will receive an email 2-3 days prior to the performance date with instructions on how to redeem your VIP Experience. Additional communication regarding your purchase may be sent via SMS text message to the phone number you provided during the purchase process. Exclusive VIP merchandise items will be shipped directly to the address you provide with your order or distributed on-site at the VIP event. If the merchandise is distributed on-site, we cannot ship your items if you choose not to pick them up. Shipped merchandise is not guaranteed to arrive before your show date. By purchasing a VIP package, you agree to share your information with the VIP provider in order to receive communications regarding your VIP experience and to receive VIP merchandise by mail. Any shipped merchandise not claimed within 90 days is subject to availability.&nbsp;

What is AXS Premium?
AXS Premium gives fans direct access to purchasing premium tickets at market value. Ticket prices and supplies of inventories are subject to change based on demand. With AXS Premium, fans can choose the perfect ticket based on their individual preferences. By purchasing tickets directly from AXS (the official event ticketing provider) fans can eliminate the risk of purchasing tickets that may be considered lost, stolen or counterfeit.
Please note that AXS Premium may not be available for all events and may be General Admission depending on venue setup.

The Mission Preferred Parking lot is monitored by attendants starting two hours prior to door time up until one hour after the show. Our lot is the closest and most secure parking option available in the area. In the event that the garage is full, overflow parking will be directed next to the garage on the surface lot.
Parking sales STOP on day of show at 5pm regardless of door time. Overnight parking is not permitted.

Your Quick Pass allows you to bypass the General Admission entry line upon arrival to the venue. Simply ask our Guest Services team to be directed to the dedicated Quick Pass entrance!

This preferred viewing upgrade allows you to enjoy the show from the balcony rail upstairs! Simply check in at the indoor box office window near coat check to receive your wrist band and get instructions for access.
