- Re-entry & Smoking: No re-entry is allowed during events. Smoking and e-cigarettes are not allowed inside.
- Payment Options: The box office accepts both cash and cards. However, concessions inside the venue are cashless only.
- Prohibited Items: Items not allowed include outside food or drinks, alcohol, drugs, chewing gum, glass bottles, metal cans, fireworks, laser pointers, professional cameras, tablets, tripods, or weapons of any kind.
- Age Restrictions: El Rey Theatre is an all-ages venue unless otherwise noted. Children aged 7 and under must wear appropriate hearing protection designed for their size (earplugs, Bluetooth headphones, and earmuffs are not accepted).
