The venue was designed as a large-scale earth sculpture. It has grassy slopes that lead down to the stage, as well as incredible views of the Rocky Mountains in the distance. The venue is one of the largest outdoor amphitheaters in Denver and the Mountain States, accommodating up to 17,000 people. It features incredible light and sound systems. Fiddler’s Green Amphitheatre offers a number of food and beverage options. Some options are temporary and change for each event, while others are permanent.5 At the concession stands, you’ll find a variety of foods and drinks. The venue sells alcoholic beverages, including beer, wine, and mixed drinks, from multiple concession stands located inside of the venue. About Fiddler’s Green Amphitheatre
Fiddler’s Green Amphitheatre was originally commissioned by the Museum of Outdoor Arts in 1982, by landscape architect George Hargreaves. Just a year after it was built, in 1983, it won a national award for design from the American Institute of Architects (AIA).2
Today, the venue is operated by AEG Presents, the nation’s second-largest concert promotion and touring company, as well as the Museum of Outdoor Arts (MOA), which produces and integrates environmentally inspiring arts in a destination designed to combine global community and culture.2
