• Re-Entry & Smoking: Re-entry for ticketed events may be prohibited. Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated outdoor smoking zones.²
• Payment Options: Kansas City Live! does not have an official policy for payment options due to the number of independent venues located on site. Inquire with on-site venue staff for more information on payment options.
• Prohibited Items: Weapons (or anything that could be considered a weapon), offensive or profane signs and clothing, backpacks, drones, hard-sided coolers, outside food and drinks, metal cans, and disruptive behavior are all prohibited at Kansas City Live!.² Refer to the policy page for more information on prohibited items.

• The Midland Theatre: The Midland Theatre seats up to 3,000 guests in its historic hall, featuring state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems. The theatre hosts concerts, comedy shows, corporate parties, weddings, and more.³

Public Transportation: Public transportation is widely available in Kansas City. The Kansas City Streetcar includes a stop directly outside of Kansas City Live! and runs from 5 AM until midnight or 1 AM, depending on the day of the week.⁶ The public city buses have stops just three to five minutes from the entrance to Kansas City Live!.⁷

Kansas City Live! has a wide variety of food and drink options from around the world. There are over 30 restaurants and bars located within the block, offering a wide range of food options to fit a variety of tastes. There are multiple breakfast and brunch options, as well as health-conscious locations featuring fresh produce and protein-rich bites.

For drink options, there are multiple taphouses, cocktail lounges, and dive-bar themed clubs. Late-night sweet treats are also available at multiple specialty dessert locations.⁸

Kansas City Live! opened in 2008 as part of a revitalization project spearheaded by The Cordish Companies, a real-estate and entertainment development firm specializing in indoor-outdoor entertainment venues. It is part of the Power & Light District, which spans multiple city blocks and features restaurants, entertainment venues, shopping, high-rise apartments, and more.⁹
