Meijer Gardens Ticket Back

No refunds/exchanges. Service/handling charges are not refundable. Ticket cannot be replaced If lost, stolen or destroyed. Ticket Is a revocable limited license, permitting holder to gain admission for the limited purpose of parking and attending the event described hereon. Re-admission not permitted. Any attempted resale of this ticket above face value is grounds for seizure and cancellation without refund or compensation. Event date and time subject to change. Ticket holder assumes all risks and dangers incidental to event for which ticket is issued. No professional cameras or recording devices allowed. Ticket may not be used for advertising, promotions, contests, sweepstakes or any other trade purposes without Meijer Gardens' written approval. Ticket holder assumes all risk of personal injury (including Infectious diseases) or loss of or damage to personal property while on premises, releases Meijer Gardens from liability, associated therewith, and complies with Meijer Gardens' rules and policies. Failure to comply is grounds for removal. Good behavior Is required. Low rise chairs, 12" or shorter from ground to seat with a back no more than 32" from ground to top of seat back, are permitted. No alcohol may be brought Into Meijer Gardens. Beverages not in original, sealed containers, and all glass containers will be confiscated. Vaping/Smoking allowed only in designated area. Media may be present. Ticket holder consents to use of photographed likeness and irrevocably grants Meijer Gardens permission to use photograph for promotions. AXS has partnered with United Way of Greater Los Angeles to help support communities throughout the United States who have been affected by COVID-19. Together, we’re protecting the most vulnerable. 

United Way’s COVID-19 Relief Efforts 

Help those in need by donating your purchase to charity. By choosing to donate your purchase (instead of using the tickets or receiving a refund), the amount you paid for your tickets (less the processing fee of 3% of the purchase price) will be donated directly to the charity. 

By donating, you agree that AXS will share your contact information with United Way of Greater Los Angeles to provide a donation receipt and communicate with you in accordance with United Way’s policies. United Way is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization recognized by the IRS
