About Zénith Paris
The Zénith Paris opened in 1984, the first venue inaugurated under the “Zénith” name. Today, there are nearly twenty Zénith venues.
The original plan for the Zénith Paris was to host rock concerts, but it has evolved to encompass all popular music genres. It was planned as a three-year structure built on the site of a circus tent that served as a venue for touring rock bands. However, like the Eiffel Tower, the venue became a permanent fixture.11
The building’s design was inspired by ancient Greek amphitheaters. It uses a modular stage that can be reshaped or removed to accommodate sports equipment, such as ice rinks and wrestling rings.12
