L'Élysée Montmartre
L’Élysée Montmartre Information
L’Élysée Montmartre in Paris, France, is a historic entertainment venue that dates back to 1807, when it opened as a fountain-lined garden at the base of Montmartre Butte, popular for hosting parties.1
In the early 1900s, two theaters were built on the site, and the venue expanded beyond parties and balls and into live theater performances. In the 1970s, the venue began a shift toward more concerts. During this time, it hosted some of the world’s biggest artists, including David Bowie, Red Hot Chili Peppers, P!NK, and the Beastie Boys.1
Today, the venue continues to host live performances by artists from various genres. If you’re hoping to catch a performance in this historic venue, score your L’Élysée Montmartre tickets at AXS.

About L’Élysée Montmartre
Throughout its long history, L’Élysée Montmartre has hosted a wide range of events and served a variety of purposes. In the 1870s, it was even converted into a war hospital and then into a production facility for balloons used to deliver mail.1
Despite many changes, the venue has remained a cherished destination for live performances in Paris for 200 years — though this would almost come to an end in the early 2010s.
In 2011, the venue suffered a fire that damaged much of the building. Luckily, the famous facade remained intact. A team carefully restored this iconic venue, and today, it’s once again a destination for entertainment, hosting performances by a variety of bands and artists from many genres.1
