Pursuant to s. 817.36, Florida Statutes, this ticket may not be resold for more than $1 over the original admission price. This ticket is a revocable license to enter the facility and observe the event for which this ticket grants admission, and is subject to termination with denial of admission at management’s discretion upon refund of the purchase price, and subject to revocation with the denial of admission or removal from the Facility, without compensation, should the Holder act in a disorderly manner or violate management’s Rules or Regulations. Holder agrees not to transmit or aid in transmitting any description or picture of this event. Breach of the foregoing terminates this license. Holder grants permission to the Facility and organization sponsoring this event and their designees to utilize the Holder’s image or likeness in connection with any broadcast or other reproduction of the event. The resale or attempted resale of this ticket at a price higher than appearing here may be grounds for seizure and cancellation of this ticket without compensation. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen or counterfeit and if so are void. This ticket is not redeemable for cash. Management reserves the right to inspect and/or search all persons, packages and bags entering the premises.

AXS has partnered with United Way of Greater Los Angeles to help support communities throughout the United States who have been affected by COVID-19. Together, we’re protecting the most vulnerable. 

United Way’s COVID-19 Relief Efforts 

Help those in need by donating your purchase to charity. By choosing to donate your purchase (instead of using the tickets or receiving a refund), the amount you paid for your tickets (less the processing fee of 3% of the purchase price) will be donated directly to the charity. 

By donating, you agree that AXS will share your contact information with United Way of Greater Los Angeles to provide a donation receipt and communicate with you in accordance with United Way’s policies. United Way is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization recognized by the IRS
