Flyte’s Background

Flyte began with school friends Will Taylor and Nick Hill, who started making music together while attending secondary school in 2014. Jon Supran joined later, helping shape the band’s early sound. They released their first album, The Loved Ones, in 2017.1,3 Since their acclaimed debut, they’ve continued to grace the world with new sounds widely touted as “Beatles-esque.”1,4 The lineup has evolved, with Taylor and Hill continuing Flyte as a duo while building on their melodic, harmony-driven sound.

Taylor says the band was known to play a different setlist every night in 2022.1 According to him, they'll arrive early, meet fans, take requests, and quickly learn the songs backstage.1 Flyte's creativity extends beyond traditional performances, as the group was in the early stages of writing a musical film in 2023.1
