Cheyenne Frontier Days' Frontier Nights concert series draws some of country music's biggest names, alongside rock and pop acts that round out a diverse nightly lineup.

Here are some highlights of the 2026 lineup.

Cheyenne Frontier Days is held at Cheyenne Frontier Days Arena, located at 1210 West 8th Avenue in Cheyenne, Wyoming.³ It has a rich history as the site of Wyoming’s first airfield, and as the host venue for Buffalo Bill’s famous Wild West Show.⁵ The PRCA Rodeo begins at 1:00 p.m. daily, with Frontier Nights concerts starting at 8:00 p.m.⁶

Cheyenne Frontier Days was first held in 1897. That inaugural event drew an estimated 4,000 attendees and featured mock military battles alongside a celebration of Western culture.⁷ The following year, it expanded to two days and added a parade, and it has continued to grow ever since.⁷

What began as a single-day cowboy roundup has evolved into a 10-day cultural institution that the ProRodeo Hall of Fame inducted in 2008.⁸
