About Val Air Ballroom
Val Air Ballroom first opened in 1939 as an outdoor dance hall and is now listed on the National Register of Historic Places.11 Its neon exterior keeps a vintage look, while a 2024 renovation upgraded the acoustics inside for a more modern sound experience and ideal venue for music, dancing, and more.1,11 Some notable artists who have performed at the venue throughout the years include 311, Ted Nugent, Rick Springfield, The Game, and The Black Crowes.3
