All Sales Final: All ticket purchases are final. Tickets cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
Resale: Tickets are strictly non-transferable and may not be resold for commercial purposes without prior authorization from the organizer.
Age Policy: This event is open to all ages. Children under 2 years of age may enter without a ticket but will not be allocated a separate seat and must remain seated on the accompanying parent's or guardian's lap throughout the event. Guests aged 2 years and above require a valid ticket.
Entry: A valid ticket is required for entry. Entry may be refused to anyone who does not comply with venue rules or staff instructions.
Venue Policies: Outside food, beverages, alcohol (including pre-opened alcoholic drinks), and water bottles are not permitted. Personal medication is allowed where necessary.
Bag Policy: Only one small bag or handbag up to DIN A4 size (21 × 29.7 cm) is permitted. Larger bags must be stored at the venue's paid bag storage, subject to availability.
Security Screening: All guests are subject to mandatory security screening. Prohibited items may be confiscated, and entry may be denied if security requirements are not met.
Arrival: Door opens at 6.00 PM. Please arrive well before the event start time which is 7.30 PM to allow sufficient time for security checks and venue entry.
