You will receive an email from On The List Presents (VIP@OTLPresents.com) 2 - 3 days prior to the
performance date with check-in/pick up instructions (be sure to check spam/junk email in case it lands there).
Information will be sent to the e-mail address provided at the time of purchase. The VIP provider, the artist,
tour, promoter, ticketing company, venue or any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or
inaccurate information provided by the purchaser at the time of purchase.
Tickets will be distributed based on your elected delivery method. To redeem all elements of your order you
must present your receipt and picture ID at the check-in location. Merchandise items included in your package
will be available for pickup at the venue the day of the show at the designated VIP check-in location. All
merchandise must be collected onsite on the day of the show and will not be mailed if you do not check in.

United Way’s COVID-19 Relief Efforts 

Help those in need by donating your purchase to charity. By choosing to donate your purchase (instead of using the tickets or receiving a refund), the amount you paid for your tickets (less the processing fee of 3% of the purchase price) will be donated directly to the charity. 

By donating, you agree that AXS will share your contact information with United Way of Greater Los Angeles to provide a donation receipt and communicate with you in accordance with United Way’s policies. United Way is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization recognized by the IRS
