The LVSF takes place August 21-24, 2025, at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas.

Mandalay Bay is located on the South End of the Las Vegas Strip about 2 miles from Harry Reid International Airport. The address is 3950 S Las Vegas Blvd. Las Vegas, NV 89119.

Affordable flights to Harry Reid International Airport are available via various travel booking websites. Flights are likely the cheapest if traveling Monday-Thursday. Fans must be 21 years of age or older. Every attendee must have a lanyard for entry.

Yes, there is re-entry to all venues. The resort is your playground, and you can go in and out as you please.

The LVSF concierge & merch counter is located at the center of the casino. Hours of operation are Thursday – Sunday. A limited amount of festival and artist merch will also be available prior to showtimes.

You will pick up your lanyard from the LVSF Box Office at Mandalay Bay. It’s very important that you go to the LVSF Box Office located at the center of the casino, as this will be the only location where you can exchange your tickets for a lanyard.

Please bring your AXS Mobile ID barcode to the Box Office and ensure it is clearly visible for scanning. To ensure a smooth entry process, increase your phone’s brightness and have the barcode ready before reaching the counter. Once your AXS Mobile ID barcode is scanned, you will receive your lanyard.

Guestlist check-in is at the LVSF Box Office, located at the center of the casino. You’ll need a valid ID with your full name to claim your pass. You cannot pick up credentials for anyone but yourself. The guestlist follows the same hours as the Box Office.

Food, alcoholic, and nonalcoholic beverages are available for purchase at the venues. Mandalay Bay is home to over 40 restaurants, lounges, and bars for you to enjoy on the property. Free filtered water is available at water fountains in the venues or by request at the bar.

Is there transportation between the hotels? Complimentary tram transportation will be available for guests between Mandalay Bay, Luxor, and Excalibur: - Sunday – Wednesday: 9 a.m – 12:30 a.m. - Thursday – Saturday: 9 a.m – 2:30 a.m.
