Checking the Status of Your Events

If you purchased tickets from AXS, we’ll reach out to you by email regarding any event changes or cancellations. You can also search for the event on our site or app to see if it’s been labeled “Postponed” (sometimes called “Suspended”), “Rescheduled,” or “Cancelled.” If you don’t see one of those labels on the event page on our site that means the event is still scheduled to occur at the original date and time.

Getting a Refund for Cancelled Events

Sometimes events can’t be rescheduled. If your event is cancelled, we’ll email to let you know and automatically refund the payment method used for purchase (usually within 30 business days of the cancellation announcement). See the FAQs below for more info about refunds for cancelled events.

Using Tickets for Postponed/Rescheduled Events

If your event is currently postponed or suspended, a new event date and time have not been confirmed yet. Once an event is rescheduled for a new date and time, you don’t have to do anything: your tickets will still be valid. We’ll email you if your event is postponed or rescheduled, and you can also search for the event on our site or app to see the latest event status.

But until then, if you’re in an impacted area, you can still connect with your favorite artists (or discover new favorites) right from home. We’ve put together a page with must-see videos featuring artists we love.

My event was rescheduled. What do I do?

You’re all set: your tickets are still good for the new date and there’s nothing you need to do. Simply arrive at the venue at the new date and time, and use your tickets to enter. You’ll receive the new event date by email, and you can also search for the event on our site or app to see the latest info.

If you can't make it, don’t worry -- you have options. For many events, you can sell your tickets to another fan or transfer tickets to a friend if the new date doesn't work for you. To see if resale or transfer is available for your event, sign in to your account and check for a Sell Tickets button or a Transfer Tickets button on your order.

You’ll also have the option to request a refund if your order qualifies. Sign in to your account to see if your order qualifies for a refund and how long you have to submit the request (typically there is a deadline for submitting requests online).

My event was suspended. What can I do?

If your event is suspended, the team/league/artist/venue has suspended the event for the time being and will decide at a future point if the event will be postponed, cancelled, or still occur at the original date and time. For updates, you can check the event page on AXS.com or visit the website of the team/league/artist/venue.

If it’s later decided to postpone or cancel your event, you can learn more about what you can do in the following FAQs:

My event was cancelled. How can I get a refund?

If your event is cancelled, we’ll automatically refund the credit card used for purchase* (usually within 30 business days of the cancellation announcement).

Bought your tickets at the venue’s box office? Please take the tickets directly to the box office for a refund.

*Please note that we cannot submit the refund to an alternate card. If your credit card number has changed since you made the purchase this should not impact your ability to receive the refund.

My event was postponed. What can I do?

If your event has been postponed, hang tight as your tickets will automatically roll into the new date once confirmed. We’ll email you the new date as soon as we have it.

My event has been relocated to another venue. What do I do?

In most cases your original tickets will be accepted at the new venue. Look out for direct communication with additional details.

What steps are venues taking?

Many venues are taking additional measures to ensure the health and safety of fans at their events. For specifics, please reach out to the venues directly.

I bought tickets from a different site (not AXS). Can I get a refund?

We cannot help you with refunds for tickets that were not purchased from AXS. Please get assistance at the original point of purchase.

My event is postponed. When will I receive the new event date?

The time it takes to reschedule an event varies, but we will be sure to let you know about the new event date as soon as we have it. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
