Born and raised in St. Paul, Minnesota, he became “Intern John” when he started interning at his local radio station fresh out of high school. After moving to DC and starting on The Kane Show, Intern John was introduced to the Fisher House Foundation and all they do for veterans. Not long after that, John met comedian Pete Davidson. After seeing Pete do standup, IJ thought maybe he could do standup to raise money for Fisher House Foundation.
What was supposed to be one show three years ago, turned into a full-blown national tour. Three tours and 17 some shows later, Intern John’s comedy has raised over $25,000 for the Fisher House Foundation.
In the Revival tour, Intern John promises people will see him like they never have before.
