Q: Is there a limit on how many tickets I can purchase?
A: Yes, each transaction is limited to a maximum of 4 tickets.

Q: Where can I check the latest concert information?
A: Please be sure to visit the official Wuthering Waves social media channels (@Wuthering_Waves on X) before the show day to check the admission times, procedures, and the latest announcements, so as not to affect your own rights.

Q: What items are prohibited inside the venue?
A: The following items are prohibited from being brought into the venue:
Outside food and beverages (except water);
Explosives, flammable materials, alcoholic beverages, and other contraband;
Cameras, video cameras, audio recorders, drones, camcorders (DVs), tripods, selfie sticks, and similar equipment;
Any kind of metal, glass, laser pointers, fireworks, hard or sharp objects, or other dangerous items;
Decorative props (including imitation weapons and any other items that may affect others' viewing experience or pose safety concerns);
Long-handle umbrellas, folding chairs, and stools;
Items that may cause strong light, noise, or obstruct the view of others;
Large luggage and suitcases;
Cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and alcohol;
Lighters, matches, antiperspirant sprays, pressurized spray bottles, and other flammable items;
Pets.

*An official glow stick will be provided with each ticket for this performance, which can be used as the primary cheering tool.
*The Organizer and on-site staff reserve the right to judge whether relevant items affect on-site safety, order, or the rights of other audience members, and may refuse entry for such items.

Q: What behaviors should I be mindful of at the venue?
A: To ensure a good viewing experience, please avoid the following behaviors:
Standing on seats to watch the performance;
Using unmuted cell phones or other electronic devices during the performance;
Holding up cheering items or other objects that block the view of others;
Throwing any items into the arena (including glow sticks, containers, etc.);
Smoking, eating, drinking, or any other behaviors that may affect the venue environment;
Defamation, insults, offensive remarks directed at the performance content, performers, characters, or related activities, or making/engaging in any speech or behavior that may affect the progress of the event, on-site order, the rights of other audience members, or cause discomfort to other attendees.
If the above situations occur, staff may request that you stop the behavior and, if necessary, ask you to leave the venue.

Q: Am I allowed to take photos, record videos, or live stream at the venue?
A: Except for cell phones, the use of professional photography, video recording, and audio recording equipment is prohibited. Live streaming, video recording, or any other unauthorized recording activities are also strictly prohibited.

Q: Are there any restrictions on attire or cosplay outfits?
A: Please maintain basic public order and etiquette, and avoid wearing clothing or outfits that are overly revealing, potentially controversial, or likely to cause discomfort to others. Please avoid outfits that are excessively tall or wide, or wearing large headpieces that may block the view of others, so as not to affect the rights of other audience members. *The Organizer and on-site staff reserve the right to decide whether relevant clothing or outfits affect on-site order, safety, or the rights of other audience members, and may request adjustments before entry or refuse entry.
