<li><a href="https://www.axs.com/venues/100918/first-avenue-minneapolis-tickets" target="_blank">First Avenue</a>: Attached to the 7th St Entry, this larger space seats 1,550 guests and hosts more than 200 concerts each year. The venue was made famous by Prince&rsquo;s famous film, Purple Rain.2</li>
<li><a href="https://www.axs.com/venues/101982/fine-line-minneapolis-tickets" target="_blank">Fine Line</a>: Fine Line is a small venue in Minneapolis&rsquo; warehouse district known for hosting indie artists. Owned by the same management as the 7th St Entry, this venue holds up to 650 guests in a cozy setting with a bar, as well as an upper balcony.3</li>
<li><a href="https://www.axs.com/venues/102476/the-fitzgerald-theater-st-paul-tickets" target="_blank">Fitzgerald Theater</a>: This St. Paul, Minnesota venue is also owned by First Avenue. This historic theater is the oldest in St. Paul, and was built in 1910. The venue has a capacity for 1,000 people, and hosts a variety of live productions.4</li>

<?xml encoding="UTF-8">7th St Entry is located in the heart of Minneapolis and is easily accessible by car or public transportation.Public Transportation: Those who prefer not to drive can use public transportation to get to the venue. 7th St Entry is located on several Metro Transit bus routes. The METRO light-rail train&rsquo;s Warehouse District station is just two blocks from the venue.Both the Blue and Green lines service this station, with the Green Line linking downtown Minneapolis, downtown St. Paul, and the University of Minnesota, and the Blue Line linking the Mall of America and downtown Minneapolis.5Driving: 7th St Entry is located at <a href="https://maps.app.goo.gl/shDZiKSvVzJTjTsx5" target="_blank">N 7th St, Minneapolis, MN 55402</a>. While the venue does not offer on-site parking, several parking options are available nearby.<ul>

<?xml encoding="UTF-8">7th St Entry has a full bar available where guests can enjoy beer, wine, and mixed drinks, as well as a selection of non-alcoholic drinks. While the venue doesn&rsquo;t serve food, there is a restaurant located adjacent to the 7th St Entry.The Depot Tavern, located next door, opened in 2010. The tavern features memorabilia that commemorates the venue's more than 50 years of history, and serves a variety of food and drink options.6

<?xml encoding="UTF-8">The building that now houses 7th St Entry was built in 1937 as a Greyhound bus depot. The Art Deco-style building was advanced for its time, with unusual modern amenities not often found in public buildings, like shower rooms, public telephones, and air conditioning. It served as a transit hub for the area until 1968, when the depot was relocated.7The building was purchased in 1970 by a member of a local family, Allan Fingerhut, who owned and operated commercial buildings. Along with the frontman of a local rock band, Danny Stevens, Fingerhut converted the main space of the bus depot into a nightclub. It operated as The Depot, a nightclub known for its live rock and roll music, until 1981, when it was renamed First Avenue. As First Avenue, the venue hosted iconic acts of the time, including U2, R.E.M, and Nirvana.7In 1980, the bus depot&rsquo;s former cafeteria became a second, more intimate venue, called 7th St Entry.7
