About Cannery Hall - Mainstage
Liberty Mills built the property in 1883 as a flour mill. It later became a coffee mill in the 1930s, then Dale Foods Company began processing food there in 1957.8 The former industrial building later became The Cannery, an 18,000-square-foot restaurant and entertainment center, before its modern Cannery Hall era.8
After a complete restoration and renovation, Cannery Hall reopened in 2024 with four spaces and custom lighting and sound systems for each room.2 Mainstage received an upgraded sound system and an LED wall that wraps around the stage, giving the restored room a modern show setup inside its historic brick walls.2
