About Caroline Jones
Caroline Jones didn't grow up listening to country music, but a visit to Nashville when she was 17 changed all that. After going to a show at the Bluebird Cafe, she recognized the authenticity behind storytelling and songwriting, and decided she wanted to take that route as an artist.
Her career so far has been nothing short of impressive—she has opened for Zac Brown Band—and she's well on her way to keep moving up in the country world.
"Being able to share the stage with Zac Brown Band and being able to sing some of my favorite Zac Brown Band songs with them on stage was a really humbling dream come true to me," she told AXS when she stopped by for an AXS Patio Session.
Her songwriting has been influenced from her real life almost directly. Jones' song "Country Girl" is a "word for word story of her upbringing, her family and her childhood," she said. She also has songs "Bare Feet" and "Tough Guys," which can all be watched here in her full AXS Patio Session performance.
