City of Denver Outlet Ticket Sales: Hours, Rules, and Regulations

The City of Denver offers ticket outlet services for all its venues (Red Rocks Amphitheatre, Arts Complex, Colorado Convention Center, Bellco Theatre, Denver Coliseum, McNichols Civic Center Building) at the Coliseum box office, every Saturday from 11am-3pm. Ticket availability is subject to primary market availability – please check primary market availability (not AXS resale or Premium) at axs.com prior to visiting the Coliseum to purchase tickets. Please note holidays may affect hours of operation.

Tickets available for purchase at this outlet are only for events ticketed by AXS. Tickets for DCPA, Colorado Symphony Orchestra, or the Ballet cannot be purchased at this outlet. Please see AXS.com and check for the event and primary market availability prior to visiting the Coliseum sales outlet.

Tickets purchased in-person, at the Coliseum box office on Saturdays do not have ticketing service charges applied. If tickets are paid via credit card, then a credit card processing fee will apply. If there is an event taking place at the Coliseum on a Saturday, you will still be able to purchase tickets at the Coliseum outlet – however, outlet wait times may be lengthier due to event box office operations.

The following policies are in effect for in-person ticket sales on Saturdays at the Coliseum Box Office:

• Total ticket limit is 8 tickets per person, per Saturday, e.g. – you may purchase 2 tickets each to 4 events or 4 tickets each to 2 events
• Per show ticket limits apply, e.g. – if the promoter has a 4 ticket limit in place for a show, you may purchase 4 tickets to that show and 4 more tickets to other shows
• Each transaction/order is limited to 4 total shows, e.g. – you may not purchase 2 tickets each to 3 events and 1 ticket each to 2 events, as this would be 5 total shows
• One transaction/order per person, per Saturday
• AXS Mobile ID method of delivery is required for all AXS Mobile ID ticketed events at Red Rocks, Bellco Theatre, and Denver Performing Arts Complex venues
• All ticket purchasers must present a valid, government issued ID that matches the AXS account used for purchase

Helpful hints to improve your ticket buying experience:

• If you do not have one, create a AXS account at AXS.com prior to purchasing tickets at the Coliseum box office
• Have your ID out and ready, as well as your AXS account email written down or visible on your phone for ticketing staff when you approach the box office windows
• Check for primary availability on axs.com – to do this, look at the event's ticketing page, deselect "Premium" and "Resale" ticket types, and search for tickets – if tickets are available, then it is possible (but not guaranteed) that they will remain available upon your arrival upon your arrival at the Coliseum box office
• Outlet ticket windows will close and sales will shut down at 3pm – early arrival is strongly suggested
