About TILL BRÖNNER
Till Brönner is Germany's most successful jazz trumpeter and one of the most influential musicians of his genre. His albums, many of them recorded in Los Angeles, have repeatedly achieved gold and platinum status. With six Echo Awards, a Grammy nomination, and the German Record Critics' Award for his 1993 debut album "Generations of Jazz" — featuring Ray Brown, Jeff Hamilton, Frank Chastenier, and Grégoire Peters — Till Brönner has shaped the sound of German jazz like few others.
With ITALIA, Till Brönner brings the sound of the South to the stage. Inspired by his album of the same name, the internationally celebrated trumpeter dedicates himself to the golden era of Italian music from the 1960s to the early 1980s — a world of unforgettable melodies, Mediterranean ease, and timeless elegance.
The songs of Paolo Conte, Lucio Battisti, and Ennio Morricone unfold a very special magic in Till Brönner's hands. With his unmistakable trumpet sound, effortless virtuosity, and stylish stage presence, Till Brönner blends jazz with Italian flair — creating an evening that feels like warm Roman nights, romance, and pure Dolce Vita.
