About Head Trip
Head Trip Festival
Head Trip Festival is a one-time-only, two-day music festival produced by Goldenvoice, the promoter behind Coachella.1 The event will take place on October 10th and 11th at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California. It’s expected to blend live music, art, and immersive experiences, creating a multi-sensory event that goes beyond a traditional concert setting.2
The event features a lineup centered around electronic music, house, and dance-focused performances. Additionally, this event will feature the Sunflower Sound System for the first time in the U.S., created by electronic artist Floating Points. Set inside a custom dome with mycelium acoustic panels and commissioned tapestries, the installation is designed to deliver a fully immersive sound experience.3

Head Trip Festival will take place at Empire Polo Club in Indio, California, the same venue that hosts large-scale music events such as Coachella and Stagecoach. The event will begin in the early evening, with back-to-back sets continuing into the night.
About Head Trip Festival
Head Trip Festival was created with a vision similar to that of the popular Coachella music festival: to bring together music, visual art, and experiential storytelling in a single-event format. Head Trip Festival will follow this format, except instead of being hosted annually, it will be a one-time event.
The festival features both established and emerging artists, including big names like Calvin Harris and Swedish House Mafia, headlining the event. Its focus on immersive design and curated programming has helped establish this event as more than a traditional music festival, offering attendees an experience that combines performance, visual appeal, and electronic music into a cohesive experience.
