Even for an event that was already bringing out just over a hundred thousand fans with a larger than life lineup, the opening night of Rock on the Range in Columbus, Ohio was special. Jacoby Shaddix of Papa Roach was not part of the bill but was there to promote his clothing line LVRSRLNTCS (Lovers Are Lunatics). And to everyone's surprise, Disturbed invited him to duet with David Draiman for their Rage Against the Machine's cover “Killing in the Name.” Between the sing-a-longs and the insane crowd surfing, fans went crazy, as they should have.
