GENERAL TICKETING INFO

• Child tickets available for 14 and under (must be accompanied by an adult over 18). Under 5's free (no ticket required)
• Small picnic is permitted in a small rucksack
• Alcohol, and soft drinks must be purchased on site. Please bring an empty reusable container to use at our many free water refilling stations. All containers must be emptied of liquid before entry
• Prohibited items will be confiscated upon entry
• Disabled / Access tickets available for the AVP Platform (first come first served) - contact AXS
• Please note there is plenty of parking (advance discounted price of £12.5 ADV per vehicle)

Food & Drink

Please note that alcohol, soft drinks and food must be purchased on site and may not be brought into the concert arena. There will be a wide variety of bars and artisan food traders on site.

Camp Chairs

You are allowed to bring in a camping chair, and deck chairs will be available to hire on the evening. However, please note that these can only be used in the REAR of the ARENA and you will be prevented from placing them in the front arena, where it is likely to be very busy.

Access Customers
For those that need additional support or access tickets, please purchase your tickets via AXS online at www.axs.com/heritagelive. Please note that if you also require a space on our Access Viewing Platform and/or a space in our accessible car park, you MUST book this IN ADVANCE and IN ADDITION to buying your concert ticket, by contacting AXS separately.

Parking

Designated event parking will be available for the concert at Englefield with plenty of spaces. Car parking tickets can be purchased in advance via the online ticketing process (£12.50 per vehicle) or purchased on the night (£15 per vehicle) by cash or card.
