Alcohol, and soft drinks must be purchased on site. Please bring an empty reusable container to use at our many free water refilling stations. All containers must be emptied of liquid before entry

Food, Water, Umbrellas

Please note that a picnic in a small rucksack is permitted. No alcohol or soft drinks are permitted within the bag. Prohibited items will be confiscated upon entry. There will be a wide variety of bars and artisan food traders on site.

Water: Please bring with you an empty reusable container to fill from our numerous free drinking water points. Single use plastics are prohibited (including water bottles) and any bottle (plastic or otherwise) containing any liquid must be emptied before entry.

Umbrellas: You are permitted to bring with you a small umbrella for use in the concert fields, but please avoid large golfing umbrellas and please be mindful of those around you when using your umbrella.

Camp Chairs

You are allowed to bring in a camping chair (and/or picnic blanket), and deck chairs will be available to hire on the evening. However, please note that these can only be used in the REAR of the ARENA and you will be prevented from placing them in the front arena, where it is likely to be very busy.

Access Customers
For those that need additional support or access tickets, please purchase your tickets via AXS online at www.axs.com/heritagelive. Please note that if you also require a space on our Access Viewing Platform and/or a space in our accessible car park, you MUST book this IN ADVANCE and IN ADDITION to buying your concert ticket, by contacting AXS separately.

Parking

Designated event parking will be available for the concert at Audley End with plenty of spaces. Car parking tickets can be purchased in advance via the online ticketing process (at the discounted advance rate of £12.50 per vehicle) or purchased on the night (£15 per vehicle) by cash or card.
