ACCESSIBILITY
This year we have partnered with Nimbus Disability and the Access Card Scheme. This will allow us to fully understand all your access requirements when completing the Festival Application. We are introducing the Access Card and FREE AXS Digital Access Pass as the method of easily conveying your access requirements when applying for accessible facilities at Forever Now 2025.

Follow this link to understand how you can use the card to convey your access requirements to our ticketing partner AXS, ensuring a more accessible and enjoyable experience wherever you go – refer to the following online guide if you have any doubts.

If you don’t have an Access Card, no problem as you can apply for a FREE AXS Digital Access Pass (DAP). The DAP works in the same way as the Card but is purely digital and you will only be able to use it at AXS.
Both our Accessible Viewing Platform and Ground Floor Viewing Platform spaces can be booked online with an Essential Companion Ticket for those with an Access Card or Forever Now DAP showing the +1 symbol.
This will be added automatically when you select a space.

If you require tickets for the Accessible Viewing Platform or the Ground Floor Viewing Area, you will ONLY be able to book them with an Access Card or Digital Access Pass via our ticketing partner AXS, so please follow these steps now to ensure you have your own Access Card available for when tickets are released.
Step 1: Apply for your Digital Access Pass - If you don’t have an Access Card, you can apply for a FREE AXS Digital Access Pass (DAP). Our partner Nimbus will process your application quickly and you can apply before tickets go on sale.
If you already have an AXS Digital Access Pass or an Access Card, no problem, you're all sorted, so go to step 2.

You can always choose to upgrade to an Access Card that you can use at other festivals and attractions in the UK and beyond. It’s £15 for 3 years and is the same application process.

* Please note: this Digital Access Pass only applies to AXS and cannot be used elsewhere. You can still decide to upgrade to the full 3-year membership to get all the other benefits the Access Card gives customers.

Step 2: Purchase your festival tickets via AXS.
Please note, if you require a space on our Accessible Viewing Platform (AVP) or a space within our Ground Floor Viewing Area (GFVA), you MUST book this ticketed option when buying your concert tickets. It will not be possible to change General Admission, Gold Circle or VIP to tickets on the Accessible Viewing Platform or in the Ground Floor Viewing Area at a later date. All tickets are sold on a first-come-first-served basis.
Please see below options for accessible tickets at this event:

1.    Accessible Viewing Platform (AVP)
This raised platform is designed for wheelchair users and other impairment groups for whom the Ground Floor Viewing Area is not suitable (together with a carer if required). This is only available when pre-booked, subject to availability and only valid with an Access Card or Digital Access Pass. Please note that the AVP has a predefined maximum capacity and therefore tickets are sold on a strictly ‘first-come-first-served’ basis. Nevertheless, there will be a waiting list for customers to apply for in case all the tickets are sold out. Please note that the Viewing Platform at Stage 2 will be strictly first come first serve on the day.

2.    Ground Floor Viewing Area (GFVA)
This is a seating area on grass (please note that it may be uneven in areas) for access customers who wish to stand for the event but need a less crowded area and/or the option of sitting for short periods of time. Please be aware that there will not be an unrestricted sight line of the stage when seated in this area, as there may be customers in front of the area who are likely to be standing up. This ticket option is only available when pre-booked, subject to availability and only valid with an Access Card or Digital Access Pass. Please note that this area has a predefined maximum capacity and therefore tickets are sold on a strictly ‘first-come-first-served’ basis. Nevertheless, there will be a waiting list for customers to apply for in case all the tickets are sold out.

Essential Companions Tickets for General Admission and Gold Circle in the Bowl
We provide an Essential Companion ticket scheme for individuals who would be unable to attend without an essential companion. If you wish to attend the show with General Admission or Gold Circle tickets and require an essential companion, please purchase your ticket via AXS and submit your qualifying documents using their secure online form here and a member of the team will come back to you. Once everything is processed you will be allocated an extra ticket for your essential companion.

The forms of accepted documentation are:
•    Receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
•    Front page of Disability Living Allowance (DLA) letter (no specific rate required)
•    Front page of Attendance Allowance letter (no specific rate required)
•    Certificate of Vision Impairment (CVI)
•    Access Card (also referred to as a CredAbility Card or Nimbus Card) or Digital Access Pass– with the + 1 symbol
•    Evidence of War Disablement Pension
 
AXS will review other forms of documentation on a case-by-case basis. Your evidence of eligibility documents will not be shared with anyone during this process, and they will delete your documents once they have been validated.

If you wish to purchase Premium VIP Hospitality (via Mark Butler Associates) or Hotel & Ticket Packages (via Event Travel) please contact them to request a free PA comp as part of your booking.
