The venue will operate a challenge 25 alcohol policy and reserves the right to request official ID from all patrons at any time.

Doors to the Arena will open approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes before the concert starts.
Please arrive an hour in advance to allow for ticket and security checks and any travel disruption on the day. Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable point in the performance.
