Alcohol, soft drinks and food must be purchased on site.

Take advantage of a VIP Ticket (must be purchased on top of your concert ticket) which entitles you to the facilities of the VIP GUEST AREA.

VIP toilets, VIP Bar (cards only), unreserved additional relaxed seating areas, plus picnic benches scattered on the grass within the VIP compound, plus 'street artist' entertainment.

Disabled / Access tickets available for the AVP Platform (first come first served), discounted Access GA tickets (standing/ sitting on grass) and Disabled/ Access Car Park - only available via AXS.

Gates open at 2pm. The event closes at 10.30pm

Access Customers
For those that need additional support or access tickets, please purchase your tickets via AXS online at www.axs.com/heritagelive. Please note that if you also require a space on our Access Viewing Platform and/or a space in our accessible car park, you MUST book this IN ADVANCE and IN ADDITION to buying your concert ticket, by contacting AXS separately.

Food & Drink
Please note that alcohol, soft drinks and food must be purchased on site and may not be brought into the concert arena. There will be a wide variety of bars and artisan food traders on site.

Parking
Designated event parking will be available for the concert at Sandringham with plenty of spaces. Car parking tickets can be purchased in advance via the online ticketing process, or purchased on the night (£10 per car) by cash or card.

Camping
