REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
• Exchanges and refunds are not available, except in the unlikely event that the concert is cancelled and an alternative date is not available
BUYING TICKETS ON THE NIGHT
• If there are tickets available, the Box Office at the venue will be open from 09:00 on the day of the concert
AGE RESTRICTIONS
• SEATED: Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult 18+
• STANDING: Pitch Standing – No U14s, U16s accompanied by an adult 18+

Receipt of Higher rate of Disability Living Allowance (mobility or care component)

• ASSISTANCE DOGS
o Assistance Dogs are allowed into the stadium but please contact the DLO at least seven days before the concert
o Due reference will be given to all aspects of safety and guidance from Guide Dogs for the Blind to ensure safety within the Stadium
• ACCESSIBLE PARKING
o Drop-Off Point - If you are unable to locate disabled parking nearby, please contact the DLO on 01752 562561 ext 152, who may be able to arrange to meet, assist and accompany a disabled passenger but unfortunately not a disabled driver
• ACCESSIBLE TOILET FACILITIES
o There are specially adapted toilets located in the Devonport, Lyndhurst and Barn Park stands. Each of these toilets is alarmed. Accessible toilets can be accessed with radar keys and stewards hold a spare key if required
o If you experience any problems with the use of the accessible toilets, please contact the nearest steward

TRAVELLING TO HOME PARK STADIUM
Arriving By Car
• From the east, take the A38 to Plymouth and exit at Manadon roundabout, signposted “Plymouth Argyle and Ferry Port” and A386
• Take the second exit at the roundabout, following the direction of the flyover, to the left. Travel a mile on this road, and Home Park will appear on your left
• If coming from the west, head towards Plymouth on the A38, and take the junction indicated above, but take the fifth exit, to the right. For Sat-Nav purposes, the postcode of the ground is PL2 3DQ
Parking
• Milehouse Car Park, Outland Road PL2 3DE, adjacent to Home Park is a very large – and free! – car park.
Train
• Plymouth Train Station is a 15-20 minute picturesque (though uphill) walk through the back of Central Park to Home Park. Alternatively, it’s a 5-minute drive in a Taxi

PHOTOGRAPHY
• Please do not bring professional audio/visual recording equipment as these will not be permitted within the venue
• Filming and flash photography is prohibited during the concert
• Any cameras that are deemed ‘professional’ will be confiscated until the end of the concert

SECURITY
• Your bags will be checked and you may be subject to a search on entry to the stadium. This is for everyone’s safety and we ask that you remain patient and co-operate with security staff
• We search everyone entering the venue and employ a range of other security measures in and around the site, some of which may not be visible
• Each member of staff is here to ensure your comfort and safety. They have all been briefed to keep an eye open for anything unusual
• Please arrive in good time as our enhanced security measures may mean that it might take a little longer to get into the venue
• In order to make the screening process go as smoothly as possible, please keep all personal items to a minimum. Only small handbags and shoulder bags will be allowed into the venue
