80’s heart throb Paul Young, shot to fame with his much loved album No Parlez’ followed by a steam of top 10 hits such as Wherever I Lay My Hat, which hit the number 1 slot in 1983 Love of The Common People, Everytime You Go Away’ & Everything Must Change.  He is also a Brit Award winner for Best Male vocalist, sings the opening lines on the original Band Aid Single Feed The World and performed at Live Aid in 1984. Well known as a loyal & loving family man Paul is also a keen chef, biker and fan of all things Mexicana!

Carol Decker of T’Pau, broke hearts with her powerful vocals on huge hits  such as China in Your Hands  (Number 1 for 5 weeks in the Official Uk Top 40) and the uniquely arranged Heart and Soul their debut single that reached number 4 . The flame haired songstress became a teen icon in the 80s for many a young girl who aspired to be like her! Their 1987 album Bridge of Spies is as synonymous with the 80’s as Carol's trend-setting pineapple hair do!  

Scottish duo Hue & Cry were a force majeure with their high energy hit Labour Of Love. The band consistently skirted around the top 20 throughout the 80s, their seminal Hue and Cry album Remote, was released to not only huge acclaim but to multi-platinum success, spawning the singles ‘Ordinary Angel’, ‘Violently’ and ‘Looking for Linda’.

Paul Young burst onto the UK music scene with his first UK number one in 1983 with "Wherever I Lay My Hat", or so it seemed. But Paul had spent six years on the live circuit with The Q-Tips, and before that Streetband, acquiring a solid reputation as a great live performer.
The following 1993 debut album release "No Parlez" went straight to the top of the album charts, eventually reaching quadruple Platinum. With the following single releases "Love Of The Common People" and "Come Back & Stay" Paul went on to break almost every country in Europe. In Germany alone, "Come Back & Stay" stayed at the number one spot for three weeks, and the "No Parlez" album was number one for three months

In 1984, Paul sang on Band-Aid's historic "Do They Know It's Christmas", famously opening the song with its first lines. This charity single spawned the never-to-be-repeated worldwide concert Live Aid in 1985, for which Paul was one of the main performers on the
UK stage at Wembley.
Also in 1985, Paul's UK chart topping second album, "The Secret of Association" consolidated his success worldwide with a number one Billboard Chart single in the USA, "Every Time You Go Away", shortly afterwards reaching the top spot in Japan, and the rest of the
world followed.
In 1987, Paul took a break to start a family, then with his 1990 album Other Voices, had a U.S. number one Adult Contemporary hit with "Oh Girl", to be followed in 1992 with another U.S. number one Adult Contemporary hit with "What Becomes Of The Broken Hearted" from the movie "Fried Green Tomatoes At The Whistle Stop Cafe".

Paul has collaborated and sung over the years with many artists such as Dave Gilmour, Steve Winwood, Paul Carrack, Bobby Womack, Billy Joel, Chaka Khan, Clannad, and the hits continued in the 90's with a
collaborative number one European hit with Italian artist Zucchero, "Senza Una Donna", and the solo hit "Now I Know What Made Otis Blue".

2016 Saw the release of Paul’s latest album release “Good Times” on the UK label New State.
On this album Paul was reunited with Producer Arthur Baker who he had previously worked with on the track “What Becomes Of The Brokenhearted”

2018 Brings the first ever joint headline tour of the USA with old pal Midge Ure.
