Device Policy Notice

Phones, cameras, or any devices with recording and filming capabilities are prohibited. This event will utilize secure pouches to store all devices during the performance. Upon arrival, all phones, smartwatches, and related accessories will be secured in these pouches. Pouches will be unlocked at the conclusion of the show. Any guest observed using a non-permitted device during the performance will be escorted out of the venue.

Phoebe Bridgers has partnered with PLUS1 so that £1 from every ticket sold goes to local organizations throughout the EU/UK working to support those impacted by sexual assault and violence.

Resale T&C's

1. The official and only approved ticketing resale partners of this show are the official resale platform of the ticket platform you bought your ticket from, so if you bought Phoebe Bridgers tickets from AXS and cannot make it to the show, please use AXS Official Resale.  To remain valid, tickets can only be resold/bought via official platforms. If any tickets are bought or sold through any other platform/company, then the promoter reserves the right to cancel the tickets.  The ticket will IMMEDIATELY BECOME INVALID if resold OR OFFERED FOR SALE unless the sale is through our official face-value resale partners. These official resale outlets will be enabled at a later date.

2. The ticket is a personal, revocable license and, at all times, remains the property of the Promoter. This ticket must be surrendered to the Promoter upon request. 

3. The ticket is sold by the Promoter directly to the customer. Any tickets purchased by business or traders in breach of the Terms and Conditions of Ticket Sale will be cancelled. 

People around you may stand.

SEATS: Under 14 year olds MUST be accompanied by an adult aged 18yrs + with a valid ticket, into the venue. (i.e. 14yrs and over can come into the building on their own with a valid ticket).

STANDING: Under 14 year olds are not permitted on a standing floor. 14 and 15 year olds are only permitted on a standing floor when accompanied by an adult aged 18yrs +.
