By redeeming this ticket or entering the event, you hereby irrevocably acknowledge and grant permission to use your image, voice, picture, or likeness for television, video screens, videos, internet, streaming, digital content, still photography, and/or in any media whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with the production, filming, transmission, reproduction, licensing,  or recording of this event, digital content, telecast, and/or program as well as other Barrett-Jackson or its licensees or authorized providers’ videos, marketing, promotions, digital content, and/or programs. You hereby waive all residual rights or claims that might arise from use of your image, voice, picture, or likeness, in whole or in part, for any purpose at any future date. You are required to comply with our safety rules and are cautioned to heed all safety warnings. By entering the premises or accepting admission with this ticket, you expressly accept all risk and dangers associated with your attendance at the event and agree to release Barrett-Jackson and its affiliated companies and employees and officers from all responsibility for any loss, injury or damage of any kind, including that caused by reckless, willful or negligent acts. Still photography is allowed at the event site solely for personal use only. Sale of photographs and/or videos taken at a Barrett-Jackson event is strictly prohibited. United Way’s COVID-19 Relief Efforts 

Help those in need by donating your purchase to charity. By choosing to donate your purchase (instead of using the tickets or receiving a refund), the amount you paid for your tickets (less the processing fee of 3% of the purchase price) will be donated directly to the charity. 

By donating, you agree that AXS will share your contact information with United Way of Greater Los Angeles to provide a donation receipt and communicate with you in accordance with United Way’s policies. United Way is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization recognized by the IRS
