As a ticket holder, you release all legal and equitable rights relating to copyright infringement, infringement of moral rights, libel, defamation, invasion of any rights of privacy, violation of rights of publicity, physical or emotional injury or distress, or any similar claim or cause of action pertaining to your name, image, and likeness.  Should you have any concerns related to this notice, please notify the nearest LMU athletics staff, game official, or ticket office personnel. A solution to relocate you within the seating area may not be immediately available to avoid such circumstances.

United Way’s COVID-19 Relief Efforts 

Help those in need by donating your purchase to charity. By choosing to donate your purchase (instead of using the tickets or receiving a refund), the amount you paid for your tickets (less the processing fee of 3% of the purchase price) will be donated directly to the charity. 

By donating, you agree that AXS will share your contact information with United Way of Greater Los Angeles to provide a donation receipt and communicate with you in accordance with United Way’s policies. United Way is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization recognized by the IRS
