We class a small bag as A4 size or smaller.</p><p>Large bags such as backpacks, suitcases, travel cases, laptop bags and large tote bags are NOT permitted inside the venue, including our cloakroom. Use <a href="https://stasher.com/luggage-storage/london/hammersmith" target="_blank"><strong>Stasher</strong></a> or <a href="https://bounce.com/" target="_blank"><strong>Bounce</strong></a> to find places in the local area where you can leave your large items.</p><p>No bags are permitted in the Rear Circle Standing section for events.</p><p>Merchandise purchased inside the venue during the event will be permitted.</p><p>There is a <a href="https://www.eventimapollo.com/venue-info/house-rules/" target="_blank">cloakroom</a> on site where bags smaller than A4 can be stored however, please note there is limited capacity for the cloakroom.</p>

United Way’s COVID-19 Relief Efforts 

Help those in need by donating your purchase to charity. By choosing to donate your purchase (instead of using the tickets or receiving a refund), the amount you paid for your tickets (less the processing fee of 3% of the purchase price) will be donated directly to the charity. 

By donating, you agree that AXS will share your contact information with United Way of Greater Los Angeles to provide a donation receipt and communicate with you in accordance with United Way’s policies. United Way is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization recognized by the IRS
