The Who adds new 2017 US summer tour date in Uncasville, Connecticut

The Who continues to slowly flesh out the 2017 U.S. summer leg of their upcoming Tommy and More Tour. The Rock and Roll Hall of Famer's latest addition will take place July 20 in Uncasville, Connecticut, at Mohegan Sun Arena.

The legendary British rockers unveiled the news on April 18 via an update at their official Facebook  page. The “My Generation” hitmakers last performed at the venue during The Who Hits 50! Tour back on May 24, 2015.

The Uncasville show follows last week's announcement of a new show on Aug. 16 in Stateline, Nevada, at Lake Tahoe Outdoor Arena At Harveys. The multi-platinum sellers also recently announced a string of August dates, including a headline appearance at Outside Lands Music & Arts Festival and The Who's first-ever Las Vegas residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, which will run between July 29 – Aug. 11.

Select presales for the Uncasville date will begin Wed., April 19 at 10:00 a.m. local time. Tickets will go on sale to the general public Fri.,  April 21 at 10.00 a.m. local time. Tickets are available at AXS.

The Who recently concluded an extensive tour of their home stomping grounds, which wrapped up April 12 in Birmingham, United Kingdom. Who Co-founders Roger Daltrey, Pete Townshend and company will take a couple of months off before launching their North American run with a headline appearance on July 13 in Quebec City, Quebec, at Quebec City Summer Festival.

The U.S. leg kicks off July 16, in Canandaigua, New York, at Constellation Brands–Marvin Sands Performing Arts Center. The trek will include The Who's first-ever Sin City residency when the band embark upon a six-night run starting July 29 at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace and will wrap up Aug. 16 in Stateline, Nevada, at Lake Tahoe Outdoor Arena At Harveys.
