Alternative fans rejoice, for 107.7 The End’s lineup for Summer Camp has been announced. DJ Manley broke the news this afternoon, with some help from breakout star Meg Myers (who is in town for a sold out show tonight at The Crocodile), with a rousing round of — what else? — “Fluffy Bunny.”
Fluffy Bunny, also known as Chubby Bunny, is a game that consists of stuffing one’s maw full of marshmallows. For those listening who couldn’t discern the names of the artists who will be in attendance this year through the ridiculous, gelatinous filter, here is this year’s lineup:
The event will be held once again at Redmond’s Marymoor Park. This will be the seventh year that 107.7 The End has hosted this day-long event that showcases who The End considers to be “up-and-coming” in the alternative genre.
Tickets go on sale this Friday, June 5, at 10 a.m. General admission tickets are $49.50 and can be purchased at theendsummercamp.com and at The Showbox, Showbox SoDo and Marymoor Park box offices.
$2 from every ticket sold will go to the Vitalogy Foundation. For more information on the Vitalogy Foundation, check out their website at http://www.pearljam.com/activism/vitalogy-foundation.
