About Thirty Seconds to Mars
Few bands define eras while continuing to evolve across decades, but Thirty Seconds to Mars has built a career doing exactly that. Comprised of Jared Leto and Shannon Leto, the multi-platinum band has sold over 15 million albums worldwide and consistently delivers global headline tours and major festival appearances.
The band released their debut album, 30 Seconds to Mars, in 2002 before achieving worldwide success with the release of A Beautiful Lie in 2005. The band continued with This Is War (2009), Love, Lust, Faith and Dreams (2013), and America (2018), which featured standout tracks like “Walk on Water” and “Rescue Me.” In 2023, the band made a triumphant return with their sixth studio album, It’s The End Of The World But It’s A Beautiful Day. In 2026, the band celebrated the 20th anniversary of A Beautiful Lie with a special re-release featuring four previously unreleased tracks, including a long-awaited acoustic version of their biggest hit, “The Kill.” The release was accompanied by a striking new music video that reflected on the band’s journey and connection with their fans throughout the last twenty years.
Throughout their career, the band has received numerous accolades, including multiple MTV Awards, a Billboard Music Award, and a Guinness World Record title for the longest-running tour in history. In 2023, Jared Leto announced the band’s monumental Seasons World Tour 2024 by completing the first ever climb of the Empire State Building in NYC.
