Kashii

kashii is a 17 year old Indian American artist from Des Moines Iowa who has reached various genres throughout his 3 years in music. His early bollywood influence meets his current western taste to generate a  smooth but full sounding alternative rap sound. From gritty synths to soulful melodies kashii offers music that encompasses all kinds of emotion. After connecting with some of Iowas music pioneers he has found his way onto numerous stages including an opening act for G herbo, Yungeen Ace, and finally BET 2021 New Artist Award winner yung bleu. Through networking and communication kashii has developed relationships with producers and celebrities in LA, Southern Florida. His name is contagiously spreading through the highschools and colleges in the Des Moines area and beyond and continues to keep his presence in Iowas music scene as a producer/engineer and an artist. From recording, to mixing, mastering and performing, he’s got it all down on his own highlighting his strive for originality. His collection of sounds from styles around the world has a chance to open doors to new genres and a new audience.
