Noizu is the alias of Jacob Plant, an English-born, LA-based DJ and producer who has become one of the most in-demand names in tech house and house music. His trajectory accelerated with his “Lasers” release on the Chris Lake and Skrillex-curated HOWSLA compilation in 2017, before catching the attention of French label boss Tchami. His debut collaboration with Dombresky, “Rave Alarm,” was named “Hottest Record in the World” by Annie Mac on BBC Radio 1, setting the tone for a career built on dancefloor impact and high-profile co-signs.

Noizu has headlined and sold out iconic venues including the Hollywood Palladium and performed at the world’s leading festivals - Lollapalooza, EDC Las Vegas, HARD Summer, and Reading Festival among them. His platinum-selling crossover record “Summer 91 (Looking Back)” featuring vocalist Annaca, became his signature moment, amassing over 135 million streams and earning heavy rotation on BBC Radio 1, Capital Dance, and SiriusXM. Alongside releasing music on prominent labels including Insomniac Records, Black Book Records, OWSLA, and Confession, Plant founded his own imprint Techne Records in 2018 to platform emerging talent alongside his own output.

Recent years have seen Noizu maintain a prolific release schedule across some of dance music’s most respected imprints. In 2025, he delivered “Dancing in the Dark” with Annaca on Insomniac Records, “Desire” featuring Hannah Boleyn on Techne, “Freak (In Your Bed)” on Techne, and “Snapped Up” on Trick  each reinforcing his range across club-ready tech house and melodic house territory. He also played the Kinetic Field stage at EDC Las Vegas 2025, one of the most coveted headline slots in electronic music. His latest single, “Slay to the Rhythm,” released in February 2026 on Catch & Release, a label he has built a strong relationship with following “Gasoline” in 2024  continues his run of high-impact dancefloor cuts and signals another strong year ahead.
