The mighty metal phenomena known as Sevendust thrilled a packed house in Rams Head Live in Baltimore, MD with an explosive performance last night. The Rams Head show was the first stop on the Sevendust 20th Anniversary Tour and what a way to get things started. Lajon Witherspoon [lead vocals], Clint lowery [lead guitar, backing vocals], John Connolly [rhythm guitar, backing vocals], Vince Hornsby [bass], and Morgan Rose [drums] were amped up and their contagious energy whipped the crowd into a headbanging frenzy. For the Sevendust 20th Anniversary Tour the band is playing their debut album in its entirety as well as a few tracks off their latest album Kill The Flaw.

Sevendust released their self-titled debut on April 15, 1997. Their eleventh full-length album Kill The Flaw was released on October 2, 2017, click here to purchase. While recording the album the guys locked themselves in the studio until midnight every day for five weeks. “It made everything feel like it did when we first started,” said Lajon in a statement. “We went in, sat down, looked at each other, picked up the instruments, and began rocking out. Recording like an actual group gave everything more substance.”

Fans and critics alike have embraced Sevendust’s music. Their signature style melodic vocals over heavy bombastic drums and soulful guitar groove really gets inside a person’s blood. This band is the real deal and it is why fans have been loyally coming back for 20 years. For the complete list of tour dates visit the Sevendust website.
